I’d smoked 🚬 since I was 14, in high school. I’d quit easily, 3 times, when I was pregnant, my youngest is now 41. I started days after bringing him home. Every attempt to stop since, failed embarrassingly. I smoked with the gum, pills and patches. I wanted to stop but had given up. Then one day I saw a Fum ad on YouTube. I ordered the Journey. Honestly, I really liked the Crisp Mint. I’d smoked Menthol cigarettes and Crisp Mint was the closest. It made me feel comfortable, thus making it easier to rely on. I’ve ordered many flavors but I’ve fallen in love with Crisp Mint. I’m also a fan of Spearmint 🧊. It’s not as strong as Crisp Mint. As a smoker, you may understand, that there are times when you want a milder, lighter smoking sensation and Spearmint Ice delivers. I started my FUM journey on 10/25/2024 and have not had a cigarette or a craving for a cigarette since! My lungs have cleared, I have more energy and my pockets are $$ fuller. My state doesn’t allow the sale of Menthol cigarettes or products. The new ‘imitation ‘ Menthol 🚬 are $12 a pack! I was smoking a pack a day versus the 6 pack of FUM cores as my Core Club monthly purchase. Thank you FUM, for saving my life and my wallet!!

I got my füm just over 3 weeks ago, The day It was delivered I threw my vape in the bin and never looked back, now I am three weeks clean after five years of continuous vaping. My füm has helped me every single day. I am very very very happy because When I vaped I wouldn’t put it down, It would always either be in my hand or in my pocket and now that I have my füm, I can leave my house with out it for my eight hour shift and be completely fine, no feigning, and no urge to ask my coworkers or my partner for a drag. I am extremely happy with my purchase and my journey and would recommend anyone to use füm to quit vaping, in a heartbeat. I am currently attempting to convert my partner to füm instead of vaping but in my experience I know it takes a lot and I can tell he’s not ready to put the vape down

So I was too late to review and get the big discount but hey I took my time and now I’m fully using the Fum alongside a reducing nicotine replacement tablet. I stopped smoking 4yrs ago switching to e-cigarettes. Fum has helped me go further and stop the e cigarettes! Just holding it and fidgeting helps and I realise I’m barely puffing on it and don’t use many nicotine tablets either. Just highlights how much is gradual habit change. But I enjoy using the Fum and as it’s safer to use I can continue with my progress 😁 Thanks for your innovation Carole
